Apply for Housing

The 2024-2025 Academic Year Housing Application opens March 1, 2024 and will remain open until all available space is filled. Please be sure to review the application agreement on the housing portal before completing the application as there are NEW eligibility requirements and offerings for students choosing to live on campus.

All applicants must use their single sign-on credentials to access the application in our Self-Service housing portal. Prospective students must wait to be admitted before accessing the application.

There are new student housing eligibility requirements for the 2024-2025 Academic Year:

ALL students MUST complete the following to be eligible for student housing at NHTI each term:

• Complete and update health clearance information
• Pay tuition and fees in full or arrange a payment plan before taking possession of the residence hall assignment
• Maintain enrollment in 12 or more credits at NHTI – Concord’s Community College, for the term in which housing is sought.
• Attend a floor meeting or personal interaction regarding policy with a Residence Life staff member
