Open Houses

Discover how we can help you succeed at NHTI! Learn first-hand from our faculty, students, and staff that NHTI is a student-centered campus offering a variety of challenging academic programs, the support to help you meet your educational and career goals, and a vibrant campus environment. During our open houses, you’ll meet with representatives from Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Life, and faculty from our 70+ degree and certificate programs.

  • Fall Open House: Wednesday, November 4, 2026
  • Winter Open House: Thursday, January 7, 2027

Walk-In Wednesdays

Join us for Walk-In Wednesdays at NHTI–it’s everything you need to enroll in one day! During the event, you can: 

  • Submit an application for next semester.
  • Explore financial aid options.
  • Review program requirements with an admissions counselor.
  • Meet with an academic advisor.
  • Register for classes.

We offer no application fee and on-the-spot admissions. Though most programs are open enrollment, students will need to submit official high school (or equivalent, ie, GED or HiSET), and we recommend requesting those from your school in advance. Most schools will send those electronically, in which case they can be sent to [email protected].  Students should also submit official college transcripts (if applicable) to review with your counselor. Walk-In Wednesdays does not apply to Allied Health Programs or International Student Admission.

Our Walk-In Wednesdays events run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. For students looking to enroll for Fall 2026, these dates are:

  • July 29, 2026
  • August 12, 2026
  • August 26, 2026

We encourage students to apply for admission as early as possible for the best selection of courses–don’t delay, apply today!  Pre-registration for this event is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome! Please contact us with any questions.
