NHTI student awarded scholarship

Two NHTI graduates have been awarded $20,000 Pathways to Professions in the Biosciences (P2Bio) transfer scholarships to the College of Life Sciences and Agriculture (COLSA) at UNH. Both will begin their work at UNH in the upcoming Fall 2023 semester.

  • Mary Gubitose of Alton (A.A. General Studies, Spring 2022) will pursue a B.S. in Neuroscience and Behavior
  • Stephanie Dodson of Concord (A.A. General Studies, Spring 2023) will pursue a B.S. in Biomedical Laboratory Science

The P2Bio program is funded through the National Science Foundation’s S-STEM program. In addition to $10,000/year in scholarship funding, transfer scholarship recipients also receive a $5000 stipend to support summer research or participation in a semester of study abroad.
