About The NHTI Campus Safety Department

The Campus Safety Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Officers conduct vehicle and foot patrols on campus. Campus Safety Officers do not make arrests, however, Campus Safety works closely with the New Hampshire State Police and the Concord Police Department. Daily crime and fire logs are maintained and available to anyone at any time upon request in the Campus Safety office.

Reporting Incidents to Campus Safety

NHTI strongly encourages the reporting of crimes, accidents, incidents and emergencies. To contact Campus Safety, dial 9-224-3287 from any campus phone or 603-224-3287 from an outside phone line.  You may also elect to submit an incident report form online.

The College encourages reporting directly to local authorities in situations where the need is obvious, such as a theft you see taking place or a situation requiring immediate medical attention, etc. Notification of College personnel should take place after the emergency authorities are en route.

NHTI Annual Security and Fire Safety Report

This information is provided to meet the requirements of the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1998 and has been prepared by the NHTI Campus Safety Department using statistical and other information supplied by NHTI – Concord’s Community College, the Concord Police Department and the New Hampshire State Police.

Each year by October 1st we publish the NHTI Annual Security and Fire Safety Report on our website and email all students, staff and faculty a copy of the report.  A paper copy of the report can be obtained if desired at the Campus Safety office.
