Eric BennEric Benn is the Assistant Director of Residence Life and also the Residence Hall Director for Langley Hall.  He has been working at NHTI since the fall of 2013 and has slowly integrated himself into the campus community, getting involved in many aspects of the institution.  Eric hails from Rhode Island, and graduated from Plymouth State University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, focusing on Film & Media Studies.  Eric is now in pursuit of his Master’s Degree through Southern New Hampshire University, studying Organizational Leadership.

Eric is the co-advisor to the Campus Activities Board student organization, which focuses on programming and entertainment for the campus community, and currently serves as the Maine/New Hampshire district coordinator for the Northeast Association for College and University Housing Officers.  In his spare time, Eric is an avid movie and television show watcher, specifically a Marvel Cinematic Universe enthusiast.  He also enjoys spending quality time with his partner Joe and their two pets, Rumple and Sadie.

Sophie Castillo Sophie Castillo is currently enrolled in the Early Childhood Education program. This is her second-semester attending NHTI and her first semester as a Resident Assistant. She is from Honduras, and her first language is Spanish. She loves horseback riding and watching movies. If you ever have questions or just want to learn some Spanish and/or hang out feel free to stop by her room in 223.

 

Dan Campbell

Daniel Campbell is from Jaffrey, New Hampshire. This is his second semester at NHTI and first as an RA. His big interests include reading, movie watching, video games, and camping; and he will talk about any and all of those to anyone! Dan is hoping to have a fun and enjoyable semester!

 

 

Shane Chandler

Hi everyone!  My name is Shane Chandler and I am the Head Resident Assistant of Langley Hall.  I’m currently enrolled in the Human Services program.  This will be my second semester as an RA, and my first as Head RA.  My goal is to eventually get my Master’s degree and become a licensed social worker.  In my free time I like to watch and play sports, listen to music, and hang out with friends.  I’m looking forward to meeting everyone and having a great semester!
