Kerry Finnigan, Head Coach

Kerry Finnigan is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire (1978) in Durham, N.H. and is an avid sports fan. Coach Finnigan has enjoyed a great deal of success at NHTI leading the Lynx to YSCC Championships and USCAA Tournament National Championships which are held in Ohio. He brings an extensive coaching experience along with him, most recently acting as an assistant coach for the St. Anselm Softball program from 2003-2012. In addition to his time at St. Anselm Coach Finnigan has also coached at Central High School in Manchester, N.H. He has an extensive background working with youth and young adults in a variety of settings including his full-time position working as a youth counselor at the Sununu Youth Services Center. With over 20 years of softball and basketball coaching experience at all grade levels, Coach Finnigan has a proven ability to communicate with all ages and backgrounds and his leadership has helped to continue the long tradition of success in softball at NHTI over the history of the Lynx program. Coach Finnigan's teams continue to be among the best in the USCAA and regionally very strong capturing numerous YSCC championships including 2017 spring.
Wake Stillman, Assistant Coach

Wake Stillman is a graduate of the Illinois School of Business. Stillman coached high school softball from 1988 to 2016. Wake won three state titles and was inducted into the Goffstown High School Hall of Fame in 2016 were he coached from 1988-2010. Coach Stillman brings a depth of knowledge of the game of softball and his ability to relate and build a team. A long time friend of Coach Finnigan, Coach Stillman has proven to be a valuable asset to NHTI Athletics.
Michael Martineau- Student Manager
Michael Martineau is entering his fifth year as the student manager with NHTI’s softball team in 2018. As student manager, he assists with equipment needs during practice and games. During home games, he is responsible for the scoreboard, scorebook, and computer stats with assistance from the bench players. In 2014 the Lynx made their first-ever trip to the USCAA Small College World Series. They also qualified in 2015 and 2016.
He was awarded the NHTI Freshman Service Award in 2013-2014 school year. He also, student manages the NHTI men’s basketball team under Athletic Director/Head Coach Paul Hogan. He is also a game management work-study worker along with his duties as Student Assistant Sports Information Director.
Martineau attended Manchester Central High School where he played JV basketball for NHTI head softball coach Kerry Finnigan from 2010-12. In high school, he was the boys’ varsity basketball manager all four years and also served one year as the girls’ varsity tennis manager. Martineau graduated Manchester Central High School in 2013. After graduating, he stayed on as an assistant coach under Coach Doc Wheeler and the team won two state championships in 2014 and 2016.
