Jennifer Fithian will enter her first year as the head coach of the Lynx after a very successful season as an assistant for the women's basketball program.  Fithian played four years of basketball at Division I Binghamton University from 2002-06.  A two-year captain for the Bearcats, she led Binghamton to the America East semifinals as a senior and was named to the All – Defensive team. Fithian served as the team representative to the BU Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

Most recently, Fithian has been competing in team handball.  As a member of the USA Women's National Team from 2006-12, she has served as a team captain and competed in the 2011 Pan-Am Games in Guadalajara, Mexico, while Fithian also played professionally in Germany for TV Mainz from 2009-12.  She took 2013 off to have a beautiful baby girl, Charlotte Mae, and returned to the National Team in the spring of 2014.
 
A native of Bow, NH and graduate of Bow (N.H.) High School, the former Jen Haubrich was Miss New Hampshire Basketball in 2002 to cap off a standout career with the Falcons.  Fithian graduated from Binghamton in 2006 with a degree in Financial Economics, and currently resides in Concord.  She was an assistant for the SNHU Women’s Basketball team in 2012-13.

Jordan Fithian will make the transition to women's basketball as an associate head coach after serving as an assistant to Coach Hogan and the men’s program at NHTI the past two seasons.  Fithian is a graduate of Emporia State University in Emporia, KS (2009 - BS/Accounting).  He played basketball for two years for the Hornets, helping them earn a bid to the National Tournament in 2007 and a top ten national ranking.  He started his collegiate career at Binghamton University in New York, playing two years of Division I ball before transferring closer to home.
 
Following in his wife’s footsteps, Jordan began playing team handball after college and joined the Men’s National Team in 2009.  He has been the team captain since 13’ and hopes to help lead the men back to glory and an Olympic birth in 2016.  He also played professionally in Germany, most recently for TV Gelnhausen.
 
Born and raised in McPherson, KS, Fithian graduated McPherson High School as the school's all-time leading scorer.  He was named Mr. Kansas Basketball and Gatorade Player of the Year in 2004.  Fithian currently resides in Concord, NH with his wife and daughter, and works at Graphic Packaging International near the NHTI campus.
