Jennifer Fithian is entering her second year as the head coach of the Lynx.  She led the Lynx to a 15 win season in year one and couldn't be more excited about the returning players and new additions to the squad for year two.  Fithian played four years of basketball at Division I Binghamton University from 2002-06.  A two-year captain for the Bearcats, she led Binghamton to the America East semifinals as a senior and was named to the All – Defensive team. Fithian served as the team representative to the BU Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

Most recently, Fithian has been competing in team handball.  As a member of the USA Women's National Team from 2006-15, she has served as a team captain and competed in the 2011 Pan-Am Games in Guadalajara, Mexico.  She also played professionally in Germany for TV Mainz from 2009-12.  She took 2013 off to have a beautiful baby girl, Charlotte Mae, and returned to the National Team in the spring of 2014.  In the spring of 2015 she competed in the PATHF Qualifier in Uruguay and the Pan American Championships in Cuba.

A native of Bow, NH and graduate of Bow High School, the former Jen Haubrich was Miss New Hampshire Basketball in 2002. She was a 1100 point, 900 rebound performer for the Falcons.  Fithian graduated from Binghamton in 2006 with a degree in Financial Economics, and currently resides in Concord.  She was an assistant for the SNHU Women’s Basketball team in 2012-13.

Jordan Fithian is taking a slight step back, accepting a less active role in 2015-16 as an assistant coach.  Fithian is a graduate of Emporia State University in Emporia, KS (2009 - BS/Accounting).  He played basketball for two years for the Hornets, helping them earn a bid to the National Tournament in 2007 and a top ten national ranking.  He started his collegiate career at Binghamton University in New York, playing two years of Division I ball before transferring closer to home.

Following in his wife’s footsteps, Jordan began playing team handball after college and joined the Men’s National Team in 2009.  He has been the team captain since 13’ and recently competed in the PATHF qualifier.  He is a two-time National Champion with NYAC and was named Elite Division MVP at the 2014 Nationals Tournament.  He also played professionally in Germany from 09-12', most recently for TV Gelnhausen.

Born and raised in McPherson, KS, Fithian graduated McPherson High School as the school's all-time leading scorer.  He was named Mr. Kansas Basketball and Gatorade Player of the Year in 2004.  He is also in the 1000 point, 500 rebound club and won two state titles as a goalie for the soccer team.  Fithian currently resides in Concord, NH with his wife and daughter, and recently switched careers to join Autajon - Two C Pack as an account executive specializing as a packaging consultant.
