Tom Walton is a graduate of Hawthorne College (1971 B.A.) and Rivier College (1972 M.A.) in Nashua, N.H. Head coach of the NHTI cross-country program since 2005, Walton is a certified personal trainer and successful high school coach, bringing a wealth of experience and energy to the NHTI campus. His reputation in New Hampshire running circles is well-known and is also an avid marathon canoe racer. He was named United States Canoe Association Paddler of the Year in 2007. Tom also teaches health science courses at NHTI.
Perry Seagroves, Assistant Coach

Perry Seagroves is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire (B.S.) and the University of New England (M.S.). He joined NHTI as a professor of physics and chemistry in 1985. Seagroves has been a competitive runner for 25 years and a coach of youth sports in basketball, baseball, and soccer. He also coached NHTI club hockey. Seagroves is responsible for organizing and coaching NHTI's Running Club.
Meredith Abramson, Assistant Coach

Meredith Abramson is a graduate from Duke University (BS) and James Madison University (ME). She has been a competitive runner since 1995 at North Forsyth High School outdoor track and cross-country, 1995-1998 (MVP), Duke Club Running, 1998-2002, Wichita and Derby Running Clubs, 2007-2009, Richmond Road Runners / Sportsbackers Training Team, 2009-2012, and the Greater Derry Track Club, 2013-present. She has competed in many marathons including three Boston marathons and has completed three in under three hours.
