Tom Warner, Head Coach
Tom Warner is a graduate of Endicott College in Beverly, M.A. where he played four years of collegiate baseball, three years as a starter, as an outfielder. During his tenure, the Gulls won the school’s first ECAC tournament title, captured a conference championship and received two NCAA Regional Tournament bids.
Warner entered his first year as the head coach of the NHTI Lynx baseball team during the 2014-15 seasons. Warner served as an assistant coach beginning in 2012 before his role evolved to associate head coach in 2013. Now in charge of the program, Coach Warner is excited to help grow the program into a national competitor. He also works in the Admissions department at NHTI as an Admissions Representative.
Warner graduated from Hopkinton High School in 2004 where he was a three sport athlete playing baseball, soccer, and ski jumping. He earned first team All-State honors his senior season leading his team with a .519 batting average.
Tom has coached at all ages ranging from U13 through the collegiate level. In 2012, Warner helped lead the Hopkinton Hawks to a 20-1 season, culminating in a State Championship.
Sean Fischer, Assistant Coach

Sean Fischer is a graduate of Plymouth State University (2002 B.S., 2011 M.Ed.), majoring in physical education and health. Fischer entered his first season as the NHTI assistant baseball coach. Fischer graduated from Manchester Central High School where he was a two-sport athlete playing both soccer and basketball. Fischer has a history of coaching at various scholastic levels across different sports and genders. Fischer is currently the physical education and health teacher at the Robert B. Jolicoeur School in Manchester, N.H., serving students with various emotional, behavioral, and cognitive disabilities.
Kevin Hill, Assistant Coach
Kevin Hill is a graduate of Thomas College (2010 B.S. Sports Management) in Waterville, ME, and a graduate of Hopkinton High School (2006) where he was a three-sport athlete in baseball, basketball, and soccer. Hill, a four-year varsity baseball player, earned All-State honors his senior year and helped Hopkinton reach the Final Four.
Hill returned to his alma mater of Hopkinton in 2012 and took over the JV baseball team. Hill also helped manage the Contoocook Post 81 American Junior Legion team from 2012-15.
