Training Needs Analysis
Successful training initiatives are aligned with your company’s strategic goals. We will work with key managers and front-line employees to identify your business goals, challenges and skill gaps. Meetings, surveys and interviews will help us understand the company structure, culture and vision.
Training Design & Delivery
We will work closely with management to ensure that training objectives address real workplace performance issues. Training will be focused on solutions with the greatest return on investment. Our qualified and experienced instructors will deliver relevant training that incorporates sound adult learning techniques.

Centrally Located Facility
The Business Training Center is located on the NHTI campus in Concord. We have a state-of-the-art computer lab and a large multipurpose classroom. Training can be provided at our location or on-site.
The Business Training Center employs qualified instructors with extensive industry experience and expertise in adult learning delivery.

We were approved for the Job Training Fund where the state of NH pays for half of our training costs. From the beginning, NHTI was our number one choice to provide us with the training we needed. When Kathy took her new job as a team leader in the Diagnostic Services department at Concord Hospital, she was a bit apprehensive. “I had been in an office environment for over 20 years, but never in a leadership position,” she says.
She needed NHTI to upgrade her management skills-and quickly. Her supervisor suggested the Front Line Management course offered by NHTI’s Business Training Center. The results exceeded her expectations. “I learned so much,” says Kathy. “How to interview people; how to evaluate new employees during their trial period; and how to get the people to work together.
