Overview
The Information Technology Tech Support Certificate Program consists of courses which provide students with core IT knowledge and technical support skills used in business and industry. Students will take courses in hardware/software, networking, database, Linux, Cloud Services and Windows Server. Students will also learn how to apply these skills in a tech support environment. Extensive hands-on training is provided in our computer and networking labs.
This program is available days and evenings.
The certificate culminates with students performing an internship which an lead to employment.
This program is financial aid eligible.
To be eligible for federal financial aid, students must submit an official, final high school transcript, or the equivalent documentation that demonstrates high school completion, to the NHTI Admissions Office.
