A Message from the Student Senate President
My name is Natalie Baker and I am YOUR Student Senate President. I am a paralegal studies student and also a Resident Assistant in North Hall. I'm from Sutton New Hampshire and graduated from Kearsarge Regional High School in June of 2015.
I joined Student Senate in October of 2015 and fell in love with everything Student Senate does. I liked having a voice in deciding where to spend student activity fees, designing t-shirts and also getting the chance to go to leadership conferences. It is important to know that NHTI students participate in more than 30 student organizations and that Senate partly funds these organizations. These organizations are imperative for students to gain leadership skills, make new connections, and create a sense of community.
Throughout my time here I have learned that the most important thing is to get involved and find your interests. I like to think that there is something for everyone here at NHTI and if there isn't yet, YOU can make that happen!
Senate meets every Tuesday from 2-4:50pm in the Marty Hunt room Sweeney 225. I would love to see you there!
Student Senate President
