Summer Jobs at NHTI!

The NHTI Maintenance Department is hiring full-time, temporary summer staff in four areas:

  • Carpentry
  • Painting
  • Buildings
  • Grounds

Positions are 40 hours per week, beginning no sooner than April 29, 2016, and ending no later than August 26, 2016. A valid driver’s license is required for all of these positions. To apply, please complete the required CCSNH application online at

NHTI Softball Takes Two Double-headers from NECC, Dean

Hannah SeidnerHAVERILL, MA. – The NHTI Lynx picked up a pair of wins at Northern Essex Community College on Sunday April 16, 5-1 and 9-2. Tori Lemay (Manchester, NH) earned both of the wins in the circle, holding the Knights to a pair of runs in game two while striking out 13 over seven innings. Lemay pitched three innings in game one, striking out nine. Hannah Seidner (Pembroke, NH, right) pitched the first three innings, striking out three and giving up one run.

Seidner, Emma Gagnon (Pembroke, NH, above left), and Steph Winsor (Moultonborough, NH, above right) all tallied a pair of hits in a well-rounded offensive output in game one. In game two Seidner and Gagnon drove in a pair of runs from the top of the order and Alyssa Columb (Manchester, NH, below) scored two runs on a pair of hits.

Alyssa ColumbIn late-breaking news, NHTI hosted Dean College on Wednesday April 20 and took both games of the double-header, 8-5 and 9-1.  This brings the team's record to 18-1 on the season.

Alpha Upsilon Omicron, NHTI's Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, welcomed 25 new inductees at the Spring 2016 Induction on April 14th.
