No Snow? No Problem!

Many members of the NHTI Running Club were planning on competing in a snowshoe race last weekend. For some reason, the snowshoe race was canceled.

So the group ran in the Freeze Your Buns Off (which they definitely did not do) 5K in Nashua on February 21 instead.

Runnning Club, 2/21/16

Dylan Tuttle was third overall of the 163 finishers. Other NHTI runners were: Steven Krejckant (4th), Derek Burton (5th), Lorimer Ryleigh (7th woman), Tom Walton (30th), Perry Seagroves (33rd), Scott Perry (43rd), Claire Bilik (17th woman), and Regan Coyle (32nd woman).

The next big event for the NHTI Running Club will be hosting the 10th Annual Spring Ahead 5K on Saturday March 12.  Contact pseagroves@ccsnh.edu for more details about this race or about the NHTI running club.

Win a Kayak from SADHA

kayakThe Student American Dental Hygienists Association (SADHA) at NHTI will once again be raffling off a brand new kayak this spring, thanks to the generosity of Contoocook River Canoe Company, LLC -- just in time to enjoy a paddle on one of the state's beautiful waterways!

This year's prize is a Perception Impulse 10 Kayak which includes a paddle. Suggested donation for 1 ticket is $3, or $10 for 4 tickets.  Tickets are available from Donna Gleeson in the Dental Office, MacRury 142.
