Dual Admission Kick Off

Granite State table at Dual Admissions Kickoff

On Tuesday November 10, recruiters from Plymouth State University, Keene State College, UNH, UNH-Manchester, and Granite State College came to NHTI to talk about Dual Admission with current NHTI students.  Dual Admission is a great way for students to start at NHTI and transfer into a 4-year university, where most if not all of their NHTI credits will be accepted.  As NHTI’s motto states “Start here, go anywhere!”  For more information go to

Leadership Class Visits the Monarchs

On Tuesday November 3, students from Professor Chuck Lloyd’s Foundations of Leadership class got a behind the scenes tour of the Verizon Wireless Arena from John Ayres, Director of Operations.  He described his management techniques and the leadership philosophy underlying his success.

While there, students got to learn about the different procedures it takes to set up shows and events. They were also able to go into the Monarch’s locker room, private weight room, sit on their bench, and see one of the suites in the facility.
