This promotes mindfulness\, a regulated state\, and is a great distraction for the busy mind. \n  \nMessages of Resilience & Support \nTake a moment to recognize yourself and/or your fellow peers by writing out a message that recognizes your resilience\, hope\, feeling of accomplishment\, etc. \n  \nBrain Hack Table! \nThis table will offer vital tools such as sour candy\, stress balls\, and grounding exercises to get you through the week with a bit more ease!

DESCRIPTION:Film lovers are invited to the Sweeney Hall Auditorium on the NHTI campus to enjoy the Manhattan Short Film Festival and cast their votes for Best Film and Best Actor. Each screening includes all 10 finalist films and runs for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes minutes. Screenings are on Friday\, September 25 at 7pm; Saturday\, September 26 at 2pm and 7pm; and Sunday\, September 27 at 2pm. Admission is $10 and free for NHTI students.
