With an emphasis on breathwork\, gentle movement\, and deep relaxation\, this class is designed to leave you feeling grounded and renewed. Sandy brings a rich collection of certifications spanning yoga\, breathwork\, and holistic wellness. Her thoughtful teaching style makes this class accessible and supportive for all levels\, whether you’re brand new to yoga or a longtime practitioner. \nTuesdays at 4:00 PM – Open to students\, faculty\, and staff\nFridays at 12:15 PM – Faculty and staff only \nThis class takes place within the Restorative Room in ACE\, which is inside the Learning Commons Library.
