End your day with a virtual Yoga Nidra led by Stacey Morin. This beautiful led meditation, or “yoga sleep” as it is commonly known, is a powerful meditation technique and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain because no movement is involved. All you need for this practice is a quiet space where you can lie down, snuggle up under a blanket, and be led on this 30-minute meditation. Absolutely everyone can do Yoga Nidra and there is no way to practice incorrectly!
