Total Body Fit Workout Class

Join us every Thursday through May 5 for this 45-minute multi-level workout incorporating strength and core in one workout! Using stability balls, resistance bands, and weights (plus a few other surprises), this class will boost your energy for the rest of the day. This class is suitable for ALL fitness levels and is coached with lots of modifications when needed.
When: Thursdays from 12:15-1 p.m. – Starting Jan. 27-May 5 with NO class on March 17 for Spring Break
Students: This class is FREE for you (no excuses!)
Staff and Faculty: $8/class – join many classes as you can (we keep attendance) and pay at the end
- Classes will be held in the gym and be limited to 9 participants and 1 instructor. We’re hoping this will change as time moves on because of COVID-19 restrictions. We’ll post any changes here.
- Please email Deb Smith at email@example.com to sign up and hold your spot each week. If you know you will be attending EVERY class, include this information in the email so we can hold your spot for all 14 weeks.
