NHTI’s IT Services Department is here to help you connect to classes and the campus community. We are located in Sweeney Hall, room 103. If you have questions that are not answered below, please email [email protected].
An extended IT help desk is available to assist students, adjuncts, and faculty members with password resets and multi-factor authentication issues. Users can access their accounts more quickly, thereby reducing the time required to resolve these issues. It also provides a single point of contact, which allows you to receive assistance rapidly and easily.
The help desk is open 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Users are encouraged to add specific identifiers in the subject line – such as “login issue,” “MFA issue,” or “password issue.”
IT Services has prepared an online directory of information to help you with common IT issues. Please browse this knowledge base – you may find the solution you’re looking for!
NHTI is now using multi-factor authentication – which means using a few different technological ways to verify that you are who you say you are – to help you securely log on to your student portal. If you’re a little unsure of what this means, you’re not alone!
This infographic shows a simplified version of the multi-factor authentication process to help explain what you need to do, how you need to do it, and how to keep your student account secure. If you’re having issues, please contact NHTI’s IT department!
