Covering pharmacologic theory and practice as it relates to paramedicine. Includes cardiovascular, respiratory, analgesic, gastrointestinal, antibiotic, and CNS medications. (Prerequisites: all fall PEM courses; co-requisites: PEM 111C, PEM 135C, and PEM 244C) Any failure in this course, PEM 135C, or PEM 244C will trigger a failure in PEM 162C (even if a passing grade in PEM 162C has been achieved).
