Topics include: linear, quadratic and higher degree equations; rational, radical, exponential, and logarithmic equations; graphs of functions; models and applications of functions; systems of linear equations; matrices, conic sections; sequences and series; trigonometry. A graphing calculator is required.* (Prerequisite: Successful completion of MATH 092C or high school equivalent with a grade of C or higher, satisfactory placement scores as defined by the mathematics faculty, or by permission of the Mathematics Department Chair) [Note: Students who have received credit for MATH 124XC may not also receive credit for MATH 124C.]
