Topics include linear, quadratic and higher degree equations; rational, radical, exponential, and logarithmic equations; graphs of functions; models and applications of functions; systems of linear equations; matrices and conic sections; sequences and series; and trigonometry. A graphing calculator is required. (Prerequisite: successful completion of MATH 092C or high school equivalent with a grade of C or higher, satisfactory placement scores as defined by the mathematics faculty, or by permission of the department chair) Students who have received credit for this course may not also receive credit for MATH 124XC.
