NHTI Hosts Veterans Fair

CONCORD — NHTI, Concord’s Community College in Concord, NH will be hosting a Veteran Information Resource Fair for veterans and service members on Wednesday, March 26 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.  The fair will be located in the Student Center Rotunda.  Student veterans, veterans, service members or family members who have questions regarding VA and community benefits/resources can receive assistance.  Participants currently include:

Students ‘Play Ball’ for Katie!

CONCORD — In what has become something of a rite of spring at Concord’s Community College, NHTI is holding a Charity Wiffle Ball Tournament on Saturday April 12th.  The school is seeking 10-player teams from other colleges, high schools, business, families – “whoever wants to have a great time and make a difference in someone’s life while doing it,” says Chuck Lloyd, Associate Vice President of Student Affairs.

Rehearsing “Crimes” - Drama Club Preps for Spring Show

CONCORD — April 11, 12 and 13, the NHTI “Stage Lynx” Drama Club will present Crimes of the Heart, the Pulitzer Prize winning tragic comedy by Beth Henley.  The curtain goes up at 7:30 pm Friday and Saturday, and 2:00 pm on Sunday.  Admission is free for NHTI students, $10 for all others.

It's hard to imagine three more different women than the McGrath sisters, the central characters in Crimes of the Heart.  About the only thing they seem to have in common is that all of them are failures in one way or another.
