Principles of Selling - Part I

This 3-hour workshop is appropriate for sales personnel who are new to the profession as well as veteran sales people wishing to review and refresh the principles of effective selling.  Topics include Aligning the company’s value proposition with the prospect’s needs, developing an effective “Selling Style”, Diagnosing the communications styles of specific clients and Making connections that form long-term relationships.

Principles of Selling - Part II: Selling Skills

This 3-hour workshop builds on the principles covered in Part I.  Specific tactics and techniques are presented and discussed.  These include Preparing and Presenting, handling objections, and anticipating negotiations.  Participants review techniques to help the prospect distinguish between ‘cost’ and ‘price’ and focus them instead on a more comprehensive view of long-term value.
