Knowing your Company/Knowing your Customer
This session identifies the strengths and weaknesses of your company’s culture, its business, its personnel, and the emotional needs of the customer. Participants review the characteristics and competencies that support an effective customer interaction. The Ten Connectors are presented as a framework of practice in effective customer service.

Effective Communication Skills
How you communicate determines the response that you receive. Learn to achieve your desired outcomes by speaking effectively and overcoming stage fright. Develop confidence, improve your speaking style and body language, adapt to and engage your audience. Individual participant needs will be addressed.

Lean Thinking and Practice!
Used in many industries and businesses and originally developed for manufacturing, Lean is primarily about solving problems and is applied in most any type of business or organization. You’ll explore and discuss basic Lean principles and thinking. Topics will include people involvement; waste reduction; standardization; visual management; A3 problem solving; value stream mapping; and 5S workplace organization.
