In this workshop, participants will get a deeper understanding of their customers by tracking their search engine optimization (SEO), Flash, video, and social networking sites and applications. You will learn about how to measure your online advertising return on investment (ROI) by effectively using Google Analytics. At the end of the workshop, you will be prepared to be certificated by Google in Google Analytics. * Participants should have a Google account.

In this workshop, you'll learn about Facebook features you may be overlooking, and how to get the best organic results from your Facebook Business Page. Participants should have SOME experience with administering a Business Page. We will touch on the topic of Facebook Advertising and Boosted Posts, but the majority of our time will be spent on exploring the types of content that will get your Page and posts noticed.

Facebook Advertising Explained
Paid ads can overcome Facebook's limits on your business visibility. Learn how to target ads and spend relatively little money to get improved visibility. You'll learn if BOOSTED POSTS are you best bet, or should you create new ads from scratch. You'll learn how to develop new sales leads with a Facebook Ad that captures people's email addresses. You'll learn how to pinpoint your target audience to reach EXACTLY the person you are trying to reach. You'll learn how to spend $1 a day--or otherwise NOT break the bank--with effective, strategic Facebook ads.
