This class is designed to explain why meditation is so important to connecting with our inner selves and with the Divine/God/Spirit. How it will help you to have a greater love & respect for you and your life. We will discuss the challenges/benefits and why we are here. Three progressive types of meditation to help you explore deeper states of peace & connectedness. Followed by a guided meditation and discussion. “Meditation brings wisdom; lack of meditation leaves ignorance.” Buddha
