Heidi Crockett, Head Coach
Heidi Crockett, entering her fifth season here at NHTI, is a veteran coach with a fantastic background in many athletic circles here in NH. Prior to her stint here at NHTI, Coach Crockett served as the assistant coach at New England College from 2010-13 and at Plymouth State University from 2008-2010. She is also currently active with youth soccer, coaching at the Elite U18 level with Peak FC and coaching the NH 2002 Olympic Development Team. She currently holds a US Soccer D License, a NSCAA National Coaching Diploma, and a NSCAA Regional Goal Keeping Diploma.
NHTI has a very strong history of success in the YSCC and at the national level in the USCAA. Coach Crockett’s club once again captured both the regular season and post season titles earning a trip to the USCAA nationals held in Virginia Beach, Virginia every November. Our Lynx are well known in small college circles for their success on and off the field. In 2018-19, our Lynx women’s soccer team was selected to receive the YSCC Sportsmanship Award.
Heidi Crockett’s background in sports is extensive with experience at many different levels as a coach and a player involving soccer, softball, lacrosse and basketball. Coach Crockett is a native of nearby Gilmanton, NH where she owns and operates Crockett Titles. She graduated from California University of Pennsylvania in 2015 with a degree in Sports Management – Exercise Science with a concentration in Wellness and Fitness. The Crockett’s have three children Chelsea, Cassie, and Chad who also was a star baseball player at NHTI.
Stef Gauthier, Assistant Coach

Stef enters her second year as an assistant coach for the Lynx. Gauthier played four season’s for the Lynx leading them to three Yankee Small College Conference championships and three trips to the United States Collegiate Athletic Association Nationals. An outstanding three sport athlete in high school, Gauthier played four years of soccer at NHTi, two years of basketball and two years of softball. She brings a wealth of energy and knowledge to the “pitch” as a key person to assist our Lynx soccer team.
Tess Witmer, Goalie Coach
Tess Witmer been played soccer with her towns soccer program WYSA since she was a child. Once she aged out she began to ref for them. She played for Kearsarge in high school as a four year varsity player both on the field and in goal. She then transitioned to NHTI where she played keeper for the 2017 and 2018 seasons. In these two years she helped her NHTI team achieve back to back conference championships and two trips to nationals. She has also been working at the club level as a Goalie Coach for Lakes Region United and Peak FC with NHTI’s Head Coach Heidi Crockett. This season she has joined the NHTI coaching staff to work primarily with their goalies as well as to provide all around support.
