New to NHTI This Season: Esports!

The Lynx esports team debuts in 2020, as the competitive multiplayer video games are a perfect fit with NHTI’s Animation and Graphic Game Programming degree.

For the 2020-2021 season the team will participate as a club sport, with plans of collegiate competition in the 2021-22 academic year. The program is led by professor Chad Johnson, who serves as the academic advisor, with help from student coordinators Zakary Kaplan and Christopher Florek.

Some of the games in which we compete are Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, League of Legends, Overwatch, and Rainbow Six.
