Thank you for your interest in applying to NHTI, Concord's Community College! Before you begin the online application please read the following important information:
In order to apply online you will need to pay a non-refundable $20.00 application fee using a debit/credit card (Master Card, Visa, or Discover). Please have credit card information available prior to beginning the online application process.
If you are eligible for an application fee waiver (i.e., Running Start, Jobs for NH Grads, TRIO, Talent Search, Upward Bound, etc), please select the appropriate waiver when you complete your online application. Please note that your application will not be processed until the waiver documentation has been received in the Admissions Office.

Current NHTI Students: The online application is not used for currently enrolled students to change their major or apply for a second major. Please print the “Change of Program/Dual Major Request” form here, then complete and return to the NHTI Admissions Office.
Application deadlines: All health programs begin in the Fall except for the Radiologic Technology and Nursing LPN-RN Completion program, which begin in the Summer semester. All other non-health programs begin in the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters and have no application deadlines.

- Radiologic Technology: January 6, 2017
- Diagnostic Medical Sonography: January 27, 2017
- Dental Hygiene & Dental Assisting: January 227 2017
- Nursing RN: January 27, 2017; Early Action: November 10, 2016
- LPN-RN Completion: March 3, 2017
- Radiation Therapy: March 10, 2017
- Orthopaedic Technology: March 10, 2017
Please note: Due to U.S Department of Education regulations, students applying for financial aid eligible certificate programs will need to review the Gainful Employment Disclosure Statement for the program they are applying for, and submit a GE Disclosure Acknowledgement Form to the college. This GE Disclosure Acknowledgment form must be received, along with any other documents required by the program’s Specific Admissions Requirements, in the Admissions Office before an admissions decision can be made on the application.
