Develop a broad understanding of the world as you learn to think critically and communicate effectively. Design your own major, and use a Liberal Arts or General Studies degree as a springboard to further education. Gain the flexibility and creativity to adapt to today's rapidly evolving job market.

Liberal Arts and General Studies are both flexible degrees that allow students to tailor their majors to their own requirements.  These programs are often used to complete prerequisites on the path to second degree at NHTI or another institution, or to pursue an area of special interest.

The English degree offers students a broad understanding of the history, development, and continued place of literature in Western society, while the Visual Arts degree provides students a thorough knowledge of the basic means of visual expression and broad exposure to the history of art.  Our degree and certificate programs in Game Programming prepare students for entry level positions in the $25 billion computer gaming industry, or for further education in the field.  For more information on job prospects in your chosen field, follow the links below.
