Welcome

On behalf of NHTI Athletics, I am very pleased that our fine school was chosen to host the USCAA Division II National Basketball Championship Tournaments in 2005 and 2006. The Capitals Athletic Department is truly excited about the opportunity to share with the nation, the wonderful USCAA basketball experience at our first rate facilities and our beautiful campus in Concord, NH.

The opportunity to host a national championship in basketball on the NHTI campus provides students, faculty, staff, fans and the NH sports community a very exciting and memorable experience. NHTI is thrilled about this "showcase" opportunity.

It is our ultimate goal for NHTI to become the best all-around college competing in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association. We believe the opportunity to host this prestigious tournament will continue to help to play a major role in the continued growth and expansion of opportunities and experiences for our student-athletes and for other participants from all over the country.

With our new student center open for use in November 2005, our campus truly offers an exciting place with a great future for all to enjoy. In the past seven years, we have added a new library, a major field construction project, an Early Childhood Center, expanded the Dental Education building and the continued improvements to our on campus residence halls and our on campus Bistro snack bar. NHTI is a school with a plan for the future.
