Transcript Requests
Transcripts of students’ NHTI grades are available from the Registrar’s Office. Requests must be made in writing and may be either dropped off at, faxed, or mailed to, the Registrar’s Office. Requests must include the following information:
- Name while attending NHTI;
- Current name, mailing address and phone number;
- Student ID Number;
- Dates of attendance and/or graduation;
- Address where you would like the transcript sent;
- Student’s signature must accompany written request.
Please note: Transcripts will not be processed if a student has an outstanding obligation to NHTI.
Notify us of your transcript request in one of the following two ways:
- Send us a letter with the information above
OR
- You may download and print the Transcript Request form here in Adobe PDF format. Then you must fill out the form.
- By mail (include payment if applicable) to NHTI Registrar's Office, 31 College Drive, Concord, NH 03301-7412
- By fax (include payment if applicable) to (603) 271-6431
- Drop it off (include payment if applicable) at NHTI, Concord's Community College Registrar's Office, Sweeney Hall
