NHTI Interlibrary Loan Request Form

Instructions

  1. Use this form to request books, articles and media from other libraries.
  2. Only request one (1) item per form submission.
  3. You must be registered with the library and in good standing in order to use ILL.
  4. It usually takes 5 - 10 days to get the requested item.
  5. If you have questions, call one of the library's helpful staff members at (603) 271-7186.
