Debbie Carley, Director and Tutoring Coordinator

Debbie Carley directs the Learning Center and coordinates tutoring services and assessment/ placement testing. She enjoys working with the many wonderful tutors who provide academic support to students each year. She meets with students who request tutoring to help them improve their study skills and connect them to the services and resources that can help them reach their academic goals. Debbie also enjoys hiking, cooking, singing, yoga and sailing. Ask her about Rico and Lucy!
Beverly Boggess, Coordinator of Disabilities Services

Beverly Boggess, Coordinator of Disabilities Services, would be delighted to assist you with questions about eligibility for services, accommodations, and ways to successfully pursue goals. A past recipient of the NH Learning Disabilities Excellence in Education Award, Dr. Boggess enjoys advising college students, using her education and experiences in consultation, adult services, supervision, college teaching, special education and rehabilitation counseling. Beverly enjoys spending her other hours with her Shetland sheepdogs as well as reading, gardening, birdwatching, baking and touring in the antique cars her husband restores.
Ruth Heath, Computer Learning Lab Coordinator, Math Lab Coordinator

Ruth Heath is the Computer Lab Coordinator and the Math Lab Coordinator. Ask her for help in setting up review lessons (in math, science or reading/writing) on Plato or for one-on-one help in using the computer. She is also found tutoring in the Math Lab and assigning peer tutors in math. When not at work, she can be found singing all kinds of music (folk, classical, rock, reggae, whatever), Morris dancing, being with children, socializing, baking cookies, hiking and camping.
Lois Richard, Program Assistant

Lois works in the Learning Center helping students get in contact with the services they need. She will set students up on Plato, the web-based self-paced tutorial programs and coordination the monitors in the Computer Lab. She has a BSED in secondary education/English, and a certificate in Computer Information Systems.
Lois served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Yemen teaching in the public school system. She loves to travel in the Middle East and Mediterranean region with her family.
