Minimum qualifications for the above-mentioned positions are Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university in a subject area related to the teaching field. Three years of experience are required in teaching in the field in which the teaching vacancy exists.
Effective Spring 2009, pay rates are $453 - $676 per credit hour depending upon qualifications.

Nursing Department
Registered Nursing Clinical Instructor - NU 117
NHTI, Concord's Community College is seeking an adjunct clinical instructor to teach and supervise the educational activities of students in the Associate Degree Nursing Program in a clinical setting, evaluate student performance, and maintain accurate records of student progress from August - December 2010. A preference will be given to those applicants with experience in mental health.

Business & Industry Training Instructors Needed
The Business Training Center, through the Office of Workforce Development, works with companies and their employees to become more competitive through education, training and services that contribute to continuous workforce improvement. - Green Building & Sustainable Design Instructor: The Business Training Center at NHTI is actively seeking a part-time instructor to teach short-term intensive professional development courses. Industry experience in energy modeling, LEED, resource and building management desired. Teaching experience preferred.
- PLC Instructor: The Business Training Center is actively seeking a part-time instructor to teach Programmable Logic Controller courses. Teaching and industry experience preferred.
- Technical Writing Instructor: The Business Training Center is actively seeking a part-time instructor to teach a course in Technical Writing. Ideal candidates will have significant industry and training experience. Candidates must be skilled at gathering information, documentation, evaluation and interpersonal communication. Program and curriculum development experience is a plus.
- Health Information Technology (HIT) Instructors: The Business Training Center is actively seeking part-time instructors to deliver short term-training in Health Information Technology. Ideal candidates will have significant industry and training experience related to the planning, implementation and quality improvement associated with adopting Electronic Health Records (EHR). Program and curriculum development experience is a plus.
