It's Here!
The Intergalactic Nemesis!
Capitol Center for the Arts
Friday, January 20, 7:30pm
The Intergalactic Nemesis Live-Action Graphic Novel is a one-of-a-kind theatrical experience that mashes up radio drama with comic books. Three actors voice dozens of characters; one Foley artist creates hundreds of sound effects; one keyboardist performs a score of thousands (yes, thousands!) of notes; while on a two-story high screen we project more than 1,250 individual, full-color, hand-drawn, hi-res, blow-your-mind comic book images to tell the story visually. As one reviewer said, its Something you simply must experience if you are a fan of awesome. Learn more here.
We are able to offer ONE FREE TICKET to EACH STUDENT OR FACULTY MEMBER, when they present their NHTI student or faculty ID. Call the box office at 225-1111 to make a reservation, or claim a ticket at the door (dependent on availability). Make sure to have your student/faculty ID to present to the box office. If you have questions please contact the box office.

DO YOU HATE HAMLET?
Auditions for the NHTI Stage Lynx Spring Play, "I Hate Hamlet," will be held Wednesday Feb 1 and Thursday Feb 2, from 6:00 - 9:00 pm in Sweeney Auditorium.
In this 1991 comedy, young actor Andrew Rally, who has achieved sudden stardom with the unexpected success of his TV series, is offered a chance to play Hamlet. But Andrew has never thought of himself as a serious actor, hates Shakespeare, and is terrified of taking the part. Salvation appears in the unlikely form of the ghost of the late, great Shakespearian actor John Barrymore, who offers not only to coach Andrew on his acting, but to guide him in his personal life as well. (Barrymore, a notorious womanizer, is sure he can help Andrew overcome his beautiful girlfriend's insistence on maintaining her virginity!)
The show will be performed the weekend of April 13, 14 & 15. Questions? Contact Jewel Davis, 271-6969.
