Host to USCAA Cross Country National Championship
November 5-6, 2009

NHTI, Concord's Community College will host the 2009 USCAA National Cross Country Championships on November 5 - 6, 2009. This event will attract students, fans, media coverage and more. The race will be run on the grounds of the campus and feature runners, both male and female, from around the country competing for the national title.

NHTI is not new to hosting national championships. In 2005 and 2006, NHTI hosted the USCAA Men's Basketball Championships. The event brought large crowds to the Concord area and local businesses benefitted as well.

We anticipate another banner event that will require the work of staff, coaches, student athletes and volunteers to be successful. In addition, NHTI will also need the support of businesses and individuals committed to help bring this level of competition to New England.
