NHTI Campus Safety
Restraining Orders
Employees or students who have received temporary or permanent restraining orders against specific individuals should provide Campus Safety with a copy of the order, a photograph of the individual, and other identifying information about the individual (e.g., type of car).
If both parties are employees or students at NHTI, efforts will be made to modify work or class schedules so that the parties can avoid each other.
Campus Safety will speak to both parties to explain how the order will be enforced while they both attend classes or continue to work on campus.
Violations of the order should be reported to Campus Safety, who will request immediate assistance from the NH State Police.
