List of Crimes that Must be Reported
The NHTI Campus Safety Department encourages reporting of all violations of Federal and State law as well as violations of NHTI rules, regulations and policy. The following is a list of crimes that need to be reported to the Department of Education by Federal law:
- Hate Crimes Involving Bodily Injury
- Murder/Non-Negligent Manslaughter
- Negligent Manslaughter
- Robbery
- Aggravated Assault
- Burglary
- Motor Vehicle Theft
- Arson
- Weapon Law Violations
- Drug Abuse Violations
- Liquor Law Violations
- Sex Offenses - Forcible
- Sex Offenses- Nonforcible
