Folletts, Division of Campus Stores is located adjacent to the NHTI Library and is accessible from the main entrance to the Library building. At the bookstore, you can purchase textbooks and related materials, sell your old textbooks, and purchase NHTI insignia clothing and other supplies. NHTI has worked with Folletts, Division of Campus Stores, Inc. to bring you the convenience of reviewing the titles and costs for all of your textbook requirements. All textbooks and related materials are available at the NHTI Bookstore. If you need your textbooks mailed to you, contact the Bookstore at (603) 224-8231, and arrangements for ordering and shipping your textbooks can be made.
Refund Policy
Follett will accept returns in accordance to the following policies:
- Textbooks in original condition (i.e. shrink wrapped books need to still be in wrap, books need to be clean with pages and covers unmarred), may be refunded with original, complete receipt, within 7 calendar days from the start of classes or within 2 days of purchase after that.
- Textbooks containing CD’s, DVD’s or software may not be returned if software is opened.
- Textbooks purchased during final exams or during the last week of the semester may be returned and sold back under the book buy back policy.
- Computer software, i.e. Microsoft Office 2007, Vista and the like can only be returned if unopened and shrink wrapped.
- Non textbook merchandise in original purchase condition may be returned for a full refund at anytime with a sales receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Buy Back Policy
Follett shall purchase used textbooks adopted for the next academic term in quantities sufficient to meet course requirements at not less than 50% of the students purchase price rounded to the nearest quarter. Follett shall purchase used books not adopted for the next academic term or in excess of course requirements at wholesale prices prevailing in College's locality to the nearest quarter. Old editions and books not adopted with no wholesale value will not be purchased.
