The Student Leadership Program at NHTI has been created to increase leadership skills, development opportunities and ways to network for students and alumni.

The 4th annual Student Leadership Retreat was the largest of them all!
Every year students, advisors, and student leadership team members gather for a day of leadership development. The student leadership retreat has been offered every August for four years now. The program has grown and advanced to better meet the needs of the many attendees. The day is spent at New Hampton School. Student leaders are provided with the opportunity to network with one another and learn new skills while mastering old ones. This year we focused on communication, collaboration, conveying a professional image, team building, and conflict resolution.
The student leadership program is open to all NHTI students with a GPA of 2.0 or higher. We recognize that there are many different types of leaders in many different roles on campus. Each month a different event will be offered to focus on learning and enhancing leadership skills. The Student Leadership Team would like to especially thank the Student Senate for funding these leadership opportunities.
