YSCC Champions (Undefeated in YSCC): 2007USCAA Tournament Appearances: 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007
The Lynx have quickly built a fun and winning tradition. Since their arrival, the women's team has won over 70% of their games. The Lynx tough-nosed defense and quick tempo of play has paid dividends as they captured conference titles in 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007, participated in five USCAA National Tournaments, and garnered a growing fan base.
Over the last eight seasons, several Lynx have received national and regional awards for their contributions. NHTI has produced 7 USCAA All-Americans including Melissa Gravilla (Andover, NH), Katherine Little (Concord, NH), Lauren Daniels (Concord, NH) and Jen Roy (Manchester, NH). NHTI has also produced USCAA Academic All-Americans including Liz Samson (Lancaster, NH), Allison Hickey (Groveton, NH) and Christen Peak (New Boston, NH).
The 10-11 season for the Lynx was a solid one, as they finished with a 14-15 overall record. NHTI lost in the YSCC Final Four play-in game. Jess Hardiman (Concord) was named the 2010 YSCC Player-of-the-Year. The 11-12 campaign should be a good one for the Lynx as a solid group of the team return for the challenges of a very competitive conference and out of conference schedule.
