Dental Radiology for Dental Assisting (DN 105)Click here for course description Includes on-line lectures and learning activities coordinated with on-campus laboratory practice to develop dental radiographic techniques. Students will schedule two clients near the end of the course. Techniques covered include: digital radiography, processing, mounting and evaluating films. Emphasis will be placed on client and operator protection, exposure and processing errors, asepsis protocol, radiographic techniques and equipment function. Limited to 12 students.
