Registrations must include all required eligibility forms and payment to
secure a seat prior to training start date.

with an on-line pre-study component, it is strongly recommended that registration be made
a minimum of two weeks prior to the training start date.

Employer Billing Option
Third party billing option is available. If your employer is willing to pay
for your training he/she must send a letter on company letterhead indicating
they will be responsible for (name of the employee) taking (name of training)
on (date(s)) at this cost.
Discounts
The Business Training Center offers the following discounts through their department only.
- State/Municipal employees will receive a 20% discount on most training programs.
- Employers will receive a 10% discount if they register two or more employees for the same course at the same time.
- Matriculated students in the Community College System of NH receive a 50% discount on training fees provided the training has met minimum enrollment required and there is space available. Any books/materials required for a workshop will be at full price.

Refund Policy
In order to receive a full refund, you must contact us a minimum of five business days before the training start date. Refunds can take up to two weeks to process. Cancellations made after this deadline will result in a letter of credit being issued.
Cancellation Policy
The Business Training Center reserves the right to cancel any workshops for insufficient enrollment.
Emergencies/Weather
In the event of an unanticipated class cancellation due to an emergency an
announcement will be on our answering machine. When NHTI cancels classes due
to inclement weather, Dental Continuing Education classes will be cancelled
as well. Please call our office, visit NHTI's website (www.nhti.edu) or
check WMUR Channel 9 for details. Every effort will be made to reschedule.
