Coronal Polishing for the Dental Assistant

This course will prepare the dental assistant to become qualified, according to the New Hampshire Board of Dental Examiners, in the procedure of coronal polishing. Through classroom presentations and hands-on work in the lab, clinic and employer's office, participants will learn to determine when coronal polishing is a procedure of choice, as well as the proper instrumentation skills. It is strongly recommended that assistants take the Infection Control workshop prior to this course.
