Payment Information

Tuition and Fees are due three weeks before the first class day of the semester. It is the student's responsibility to view their tuition, fees and/or dorm expenses online through their SIS account. (Log in. Select Student. Select Records.View Bill) NHTI sends e-bills to student email accounts; students will not receive a paper bill. Payments can be made by cash, check, MasterCard/ VISA, Discover and Debit Card. NHTI reserves the right to put a financial hold on an account when being paid by a personal check for a period of 14 calendar days after the date payment is made to allow time for the check to clear. Students who require immediate services, including but not limited to, transcripts, housing deposits, course registration, etc. should pay using a secure method of payment, in U.S. Funds, such as cash, money order, bank check or credit card.

Students can pay their account in full by logging into their SIS (Student Information System) Account, in person at the Bursar's Office (Sweeney Hall), over the phone ((603)271-6309) or by mailing a check to NHTI, Bursar's Office, 31 College Drive, Concord, NH 03301.

NHTI offers a FACTS Installment Payment Plan available to set up prior to the start of classes. With FACTS, students can set up an automatic monthly payment plan to pay their tuition and fees. The FACTS plan electronically processes monthly payments using the responsible party's bank account or credit card. Set up the Installment Payment Plan at http://www.nhti.edu/bursar/index.html. For assistance when enrolling online for the Installment Payment Plan, contact the FACTS Management Company at 800-609-8056.

Financial Aid Recipients - If you have completed the Financial Aid Award Letter/Payment Deferment for Financial Aid Recipients and returned it to the Financial Aid Office, you can deduct, from your tuition and fees due, the "estimated" amount of aid. This balance is due three weeks before the first class day of the semester. Access a Payment Due Worksheet here, to help you determine how much you will need to pay or how much your "estimated" refund will be. Students will continue to see a balance due on their account until their financial aid is applied to their account and and the student's portion has been paid.

VA Benefit Recipients - If you are eligible for VA education benefits you must complete all required paperwork through the VA. (The VA's processing time can take up to 10 weeks.) Once you have determined your eligible education benefit you can deduct that amount of aid the school will be receiving on your behalf. The amount left that the school will not directly receive from the VA is your balance which is due three weeks before the first class day of the semester. To help you determine how much you will need to pay click on Payment Due Worksheet. Students will continue to see a balance due on their account until their VA Benefits have been applied to their account and the student's portion has been paid.
